Money Flow is a personal cash flow planning app. This Privacy Policy explains how Money Flow handles your information.
Money Flow lets you enter budget information such as income, expenses, recurring payments, one-time payments, savings, account balance snapshots, currencies, and planning notes.
This information is stored on your device. If you enable iCloud Sync, your budget data is synced using your personal iCloud account and Apple iCloud storage. You can turn iCloud Sync off in the app settings.
Money Flow includes AI Advisor features that can help explain your budget, identify risks, and draft what-if scenarios.
When you use AI Advisor, the app sends a limited budget snapshot and your question or request to a backend service operated through Cloudflare. The backend may send that request to an AI provider in order to generate a response.
The budget snapshot may include financial planning information such as expected income, expenses, account balances, forecast values, and scenario details. Money Flow does not send your full local database to AI Advisor.
AI-generated scenario changes are drafts. They are not applied to your real plan unless you approve them in the app.
Money Flow does not collect information for advertising.
Money Flow does not sell your personal information.
Money Flow does not use third-party advertising SDKs.
Money Flow does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
Money Flow does not require you to create an account.
Money Flow Premium subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card number or other payment credentials. Apple may provide purchase status information to the app so Premium features can be unlocked or restored.
If you contact support by email, we may receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, question, screenshots, device details, or app version. We use this information only to respond to your request and improve the app.
